What is the criterion of below poverty line? How much earning/month is considered poor ? I do not know you country is such an imbalanced society, what your government do to ease this problem?
their government does nothing to ease the problem, yet no american seems to care. its their own problem so let them rot until they feel compelled to fix it instead of trying to meddle in the business of other countries
