Correct me if I am wrong, but I think it was used to be fairly easy, just to click on the User's name than click on some button saying Ignore. At least that is how I remember. Now I have to copy the poster's name in my ignore list and update it, to get the job done. Can't we go back to the old ways??
I wondered about that too. But I thought I did it the normal way before and after the new forum software had been installed. I thought I couldn't remember how, so I searched through all the menu's but didn't find anything. Now I'm not sure if it was before or after.. Anyway, I ended up doing the same as you did.
Click the username to get their member panel up. You'll find a link under there name of User Lists, you'll find the entry in the drop down list of "Add to Ignore List". You will then be greeted with a "Yes/No" dialogue to make sure you want to ignore them. Job done.
Oh jeez.. see I found that before, but completely overlooked it this time. Thanks Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
