To me "evil" is based on "lies", but these concepts are fleeting anyway. They can be dissected into nothingness and meaninglessness quite effortlessly.

Why would you want to be a "moral agent"?

Morality is just a bunch of opinions that usually collide violently with the truth of the moment, when they meet.

    now you talking my language

as to be aware to the relevance of our actions, as we impose to existence, we can be responsible to them actions and know it.

i like the idea of being aware and if not, being able to ground relevance to nature (reality)

I was using the term in its technical sense: making a decision by taking into account one's ethical standards is a "moral agent".

So what do you do when your ethical standars don't match your true desire?

that is easy, remove the 'self' as the priority.

desiring to eat is natural, choosing to follow a desire and take anothers wife, is not

eating until full is natural, taking from the earth for glutony is not

each command, is verifiable by measuring each choice within the comprehension of how reality works.

each choice can be measured and we all can be aware of what choices cause

Anyone who goes to a psychiatrist should have their head examined.

If you remove the self as a priority you cheat yourself, you start living a lie.

the lie is thinking your 'self' is the priority (that is what 'away from the garden' means)

people can actually believe, they are it!

when reality shares, that unless you are giving; adding yourself to the equation; you will perish from isolating yourself from the evolution of life

meaning, if you are not putting your bricks into the pyramid, you will not survive the blowing sand.

    hey, that's my line!

such as, when the truth slaps you in the face; from there forth, it be your choice!
