    @Youreyes

Well do you accept that all powerful nations finally extend themselves to the point of over-reach and then the nation falls and other powerful nations soon replace it if not destroy it?

*this must be the mother of run-on sentences*

The nation has many choices, they can be incorporated into other nations and become part of other cultures in a scenario of assimilation. The nation can create another nation elsewhere (like a colony) with new standards and laws, which will be an extension of that nation. Complete destruction of a nation, is also possible.

I don't think you're really in favor of Communism, you seem more a radial liberal? No State is anarchy (the ideal society). Communism requires a Big State and because of the economics the people who run the State have to restrict liberty in order to get any amount of efficiency (imagine trying to figure out how much in the can spray on hair to distribute, that's going to take an entire department of bureaucratic 'officials'). Anarchy/Radial Liberalism would have no State and maximum individual liberty.

People in the West/America, IMO support Israel purely due to the common religious identity. I suppose given most Israelis are of German and Nordic descent there my be a bit of a 'racial' element to it, in the minds of some people. There's common culture (again European). And finally, most people don't really like religion mixing with politics and Political Islam is probably one of the least liked of them all. Separation of Superstition and State isn't going to happen in Islamic countries for another 3-5 generations.

But being imperialistic has its costs. I mean don't you fear that it will eventually lose its economic power and military foothold? I mean the UK had to dismantle empire and return to being small island because it was costing too much. The difference between US actions abroad and Israeli actions is that Israeli actions are related to their internal security whereas US actions abroad are not.

its not about security its about domination. if it was about security you wouldn't have active duty border people sitting on their ass ignoring the border and eating a fucking cheeseburger. mondoweiss recently had a good post on this very topic.

http://mondoweiss.net/2012/07/travels-with-a-former-zionist-in-israel-and-palestine-part-2.html I found it to be very informative

I'm just wondering if you mean the Border Patrol?.

Because, that's who I work for. And, I can assure you, we don't sit on our asses.

I risk my life every friggin' day, and so do the men and women I work with.

I admit, I'm having a bad day, so I could very well be jumping the gun... And, if so, I apoligize.

But, if you mean us, you have no idea what you're talking about.

Quick reply to this: I am a Marxist-Leninist, so yes, I do favor socialism and communism. Liberty is an idealistic, romantic, moralistic, and emotional notion. Note that this does NOT mean I don't believe in political freedoms or principles, only that arguments based on principles nobody can agree on are generally weak. After all, just look at the "is healthcare a right" debate. In my opinion, it's irrelevant: healthcare for people is good and available, therefore it should be public. I don't need any more justification than that.

    No, I'm not Israeli...

I work for the U.S.I.N.S. These days they call it Homeland Security.

I guess I jumped the gun.

As I said in my last post, I'm not having a great day, and I apoligize for that.

Thank you, that means a lot to me...

It's a pretty thankless job. We are seen as tyrants, and for the most part hated.

But, I do care about people, and I care about this country.
