Why do threads get closed?

Same difference. He wanted someone who wouldn't use their teeth. So to speak.
And, it's understandable, I suppose. I mean WE&P are the only forums with dual modship and the mods should get along. Fetus was horrible in this regard.

Edit: Oh. And to bring us back to topic. This is one of the reasons why threads get closed. When the original topic has been hijacked and no one cares to divert the attention back to the original topic.

Asguard: Cole made a suggestion and you made an ass. Why be rude? I don't give a flying fuck what Dave pays for, he obviously thinks it's worthwhilr or else he wouldn't do it. I'm thankful that he does because I enjoy coming here occasionally, but if a person can't post their opinion then I don't know how long it will be.

Not of the cesspool or free thoughts or sci fi or parapsychology sections, but Ethics and morality.
In that case I nominate this guy:

While not contesting or insulting the boy, I was shocked as I'm sure all of you were.

However, seeing as how moderator elections are out, I think we're relatively safe from such ignomy.

Was he the moderator immediately prior to Tiassa? Weren't you in that election as well? Or was there a moderator in between Asgard and Tiassa?

But now he's in WE&P and as such eloquence and wittiness is not a requirement. All that is required, I should think, is a certain political correctness.

In other words, not using your teeth.

WE&P mods are basically janitors, I think. Clean this. Sweep that. Close this door. Unlock that one. Scratch balls. Rinse. Repeat.

It's a sign of the times, methinks.
