It seems though, that he is not dishonest.

He sincerely believes anything he's told or reads.

No..it's called epistemology 101. The same way we know about what happened from the news, from history, from biographies, and from other people just telling us about their lives. You'd have to be a paranoid maniac to be always doubting what people tell you. Which speaks volumes about the blind skeptic.

MR, you do not get to label people as trolls just because you're angry with them.
Everyone in this thread is participating in the issue at-hand, whether you agree with their contribution or not.

You should review the forum rules. No flaming or insults at anytime. Accusations of dishonesty are exactly that and quite common from this troll. I've had a long history with him insulting me and even banning me. I know what I'm talking about here.

You've used the word always. Another hyperbole.

By that logic, would you be the epitome of sane if you always believe everything anyone told you?

You don't see any logic to a sliding scale of skepticism?

    Only if it's not true.
    Not in this thread.

Like I said, unless there is a compelling reason to doubt them. It's just the way we coexist in our society.

Wrong. An insult is an insult, whether it's true or not. No insults period.

You have no idea what I'm talking about. Why don't you butt out?

I have a cousin who has some land in Florida you would be interested in.
Also, I will forward you an email I have received from Nigeria.

I believe you are not being honest with us here.

The law disagrees. The truth is the ultimate defense to claims of defamation of character.

Reported for more attempts at moderating thread.

    Can we please stay on-topic?

I ask you that question. They are strangers, like those in your videos.

Nope..not in this forum. Noone gets to defame anyone here, whether they claim it is true or not.

    Oooo..I'm scared.

I'm just trying to keep the thread on-topic.
Kitt brought up a valid point, even if you disagree with it.
Making an ad hom attack is an evasion.

He's the one that insulted me as being dishonest, as is his longstanding habit. He's violating forum rules.

That is not my question to answer; that is your question to answer.
My cousin wants to sell you some land; he is a complete stranger to you. You know of no reason why he would lie or deceive.
This guy from Nigeria wants to give you money; he is a complete stranger. You know of no reason why he would lie or deceive.

Do you send them your email address?

The perfect defense would be to give him no reason to make such a claim. Then we wouldn't be wasting valuable screen space.

A good start would be to:
a] stop putting words in other people's mouths
b] don't make assertion that can be proven false
c] don't try to alter the definitions of words to suit your needs.

LOL! The fact that you would suggest two scammers as examples of people not to be believed in gives me compelling reason to doubt their honesty. Absolutely not.

Better yet, don't insult people just because you can't make an argument. Also don't lie. That's a biggie for you.
