    My understanding is as follow:

If milk is present it ostructs the absorption of good/bad ingradients of the tea or coffee.
    Hence it becomes less effective.

It is well known that black tea /coffee is good to stop loose motion.

It also explains why banana should not be taken along with or after the milk.
Body will not be able to absorb useful gradients like Potassium present in the banana

Similarly milk and onion /garlic should avoided.

Why should onion/garlic be avoided? Drink green tea, not black. Where do you get this rubbish from? I drink/eat all of the above except for black tea. Green tea is the best of any liquid to drink!

What is "loose motion"? That sounds like some euphemism from the 18th Century. If it means "diarrhea" that's a terrible idea. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor and therefore a mild laxative.
