When i used to go out on a Thursday night the women could never work out why I was at the bar while all the other guys were making moves...

I'll compare those types of girls to a Jaguar e-type (the kind Austin Powers drives). They are beatiful and are a lot of fun, yet they require maintenance frequently, are very quirky and sometimes don't start; making them very high maintenance.
