I'm not American but I feel the best President is: George Washington. It could be argued he did more for America than anyone other President.
For worst: Trump is so far ahead that there is no contest. For best: Usual contenders Washington and Lincoln.

Many presidents (Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, etc.) were womanizers. However in those days the press didn't make an issue of it.

In the record of time and trouble the Republican Party cost the US citizenry - as well as the President - for those eight solid years, the impeachment itself was just one (albeit major) event. Only Republicans without plausible deniability have been responding differently. Everyone else would have faced the fascist takeover of the Republican Party. (Ken Starr joined Trump's legal defense team, which made no difference at all in Trump's lying)
