Here's a lit of comic books I think should be made into movies: 1) Wolverine (X-Men focused on him pretty hard, should get his own movie, see 'origin') 2) The Maxx 3) Iron Man 4) The Fantastic Four (I heard a rumor this is actually being made) 5) Batman: The Long Halloween 6) The Sandman 7) Scud: The Disposable Assassin 8) A New Superman Movie 9) Savage Dragon I could go on and on. What do you think? Got a list of your own?
Ironman has all of the elements for a good movie. I just hope if they decide to make it into a movie they don’t waste time with the origin story and instead just jump right in, like what Tim Burton did with Batman.
How about the establish Iron Man as an innovator and hero, and go right into the bad heart, alcoholism, replaced by war machine storyline. I'd LOVE that!
There are some good Starwars comics that would be cool if they would be made into movies. They are called The Stark Hyperspace War, and Jedi Council Acts of War.
WONDER WOMAN She was one of my heroes growing up. I used to wear my wonder woman underoos over my bathing suit, strap my golden lasso to my hip, and spin into the pool.
I'd like to see an Excaliber movie. That would be cool. Or maybe a Secret Wars movie. Silver Surfer could be cool too if they did it right.... What about Nick Fury?(preferably from his later SHIELD days)
Wolverine vs. The Hulk – after all Wolverine’s first appearance was in The Incredible Hulk. I believe he was on a mission to kill the Hulk.
Ironman - Has great potential Wonder Woman - But who would play her? Sandra Bullock doesn't work and she and Sarah Michelle Gellar are they ones rumored to want the part. Too bad Angelina Jolie already joined the Tomb Raider movies. The Flash - Interesting potential Fanatastic Four - Only if the effects can be done, How do they create the powers for Mr. Fantastic, and Human Torch. And would the Thing look realistic. Captain America - Think Indiana Jones comic book style, it would have to take place around WW2 though. No "War on terrorism" plotlines.
Boondocks. How about just making them into TV series so we can have a dose every week? I still miss "The Tick." I can't believe with all the garbage on TV a show like that couldn't get an audience. The episode where he had to get a superhero license was too funny. We named our puppy after Batmanuel. And Witchblade, what the hell went wrong there? It was fabulous.
"The adventures of luther arkwright" by Brian talbot. Has sex, violence, philosophy, parallel universes, and is lots of fun.
I think... a movie.. about me would be theb est ever, being that i am secretly a super hero in disguise, i am well known through out the hero world... my name... is... GRAPE APE for a self pic ... here yah go. this ones for the ladies http://www.vaxxine.com/sparrow/ape-folder/grape.gif
I always loved Ironman, and our dreams have been answered people: Ironman is slated to come out in 2005. They haven't decided who will be playing Tony Shark but it's rumored that they want Leonardo DiCaprio for it. He's a good actor and I think he would play Mr. Shark rather well. Can't wait. w00t! Leonardio DiCaprio? He doesn't suit the role. If they go for the older Stark, and I hope they do, Tom Sellec would be my choice. He looks a lot like him.
Tom Selleck is too old. George Clooney would be perfect if he hadn't done Batman. The guy on the TV show JAG might be a good choice.
I think they should make one with all the justice league of america because they have really good superheroes in it. For example Superman, Batman, Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman and many more.
