where do you actually write a program to make it work? How do you run it?
You could use an IDE (integrated development environment)
"Visual studio" is one example of an IDE. It's basically an application that allows you to create more programs/applications (for windows).
You can also run your new program within the IDE as well as debug it.
If you wanted to learn about it, you can try this:
Separate names with a comma.
