Energy, peak oil.
That oil will run out?
That the supply of oil will no longer be enough to satisfy demand. More exploration for new sources will occur, but it will be much more expensive. Since so much of our economy is based on having an increasing supply of energy, there is a danger of economic collapse.
death...is the most danger that humans face. Closest thing to happen to anyone.
2 my mum

4 taking 2 bottles into the shower
5 speed freak grannies on mobility scooters

May I ask why "2" bottles?
death is the most danger
death by WHAT "that is the question"!
at least oil has an alternative-solution.
The biggest threat humans will face is: anti-death pill
Once taken...people will not be able to die...they will suffer in their condition...turn to bones that will crawl upon Earth...but they will not die...change to spirits with eyes reflecting the moon gaze...but they will not die. And so shall it be...the greatest danger to human civilization. Life forever!
It does'nt seems that you will have an answer, lol,
How about 1 global warming when? i dont know it could be long.
3 fanatic terrorism, combine with 6 Nuclear.
of course the real bad thing is death of any kind, should i say any kind?? anyway. For me, death is the worst part.

most danger humans will face now: singularity black hole approaching and engulfing the planet
and later: dying off saturated fat that blocks the arteries.
It has already destroyed three of the world's six civilizations: Egypt, Inca, Mesoamerican.
Threatening now to destroy a fourth: Mesopotamian including Greco-Roman.
That will only leave Chinese civilization, which lately has been irreligious but until very recently gave an economic faith the status of religion including the right to kill infidels, and Indian civilization, which gave the world Buddhism, arguably the only truly peaceful faith that is a true religion.
you can't blame religion itself, but those that abuse it.
after seeing gibson's movie on the mayans... i am not so sure.
