Whats "cold fusion"?

    How do scientists hope to make this "cold fusion" reactor using tritium, deuterium and plasma?

    They don't, they hope to make hot fusion, or simply fusion.

    Very very very hot fusion.

    Regular ol' fusion has been promised for many years.

    No sign of it yet.
