What type of bear is the fastest???

    You should cook it well anyway. Bear meat is one of the few sources of trichinosis in America. (Twelve Americans come down with it per year now, I don't know what the figures were 50-60 years ago when I was a kid, but it was more common then.) Bears are scavengers and happily eat any dead animal they find. At that level on the food chain they easily pick up the trichina worms from the corpses of other scavengers and carnivores.
