More hate speech. Do you enjoy exposing yourself as a hypocrite?

If one is taken to court for slander, such as being wrongfully accused of robbery - and it happens to be proven true there was robbery - is the charge of slander prevailed?

    I rest my case.

What is sacred about robbing another's lands and dumping Mosques on their sacred sites? How does a Saudi become a monarch of a land called Palestine - if not for 30 barrels of oil? :bugeye:

Do you not realize I don't give two fucks about what you're saying? If anything you keep proving my point. Keep it up.

    You shouldn't have rested.
    You're wrong on two counts.

One: the charge of robbery, and that of slander, would be two entirely different charges. And as such, though the accusation might have been accurate, that does not grant one to publicly characterize one as such.

Second: we're not discussing legislation here.

    tsk tsk

Yes. You bet. If Israel is accused of land robbery, then what would you accuse those who flaunted the law and attacked a UN established state with a declared goal of genocide? Even after those states voted in the UN Motion? I call it the single worst crime in the UN's history.

If you accuse a nation of falsely stealing land - then let's account those who have stolen more land than anyone else on this planet. I know that some 80 Million Indians lost their lives when Islam invaded that country and stole a third of its lands and dumped a Mosque on their most sacred site. Is this a familiar story of what occured in Palestine - to the real Palestineans? WTF is your mosque doing in Jerusalem?

They are seperate chages, yes. But robbery is robbery, and slaner has to be proven. There is a legal tort called CLEAN HANDS.

We are. Hate speech is now deemed a criminal offence.

I haven't done jack shit in this thread other than accuse you of hate speech. Is this you're plan? Trying to post a bunch of non-sequitur bullshit to distract from the fact that you're vomiting hate speech?

Boohoo, cry me a bloody river.

Also, I'm not going to get into a historical debate in this thread since it's off topic but even if it was on topic I still wouldn't particpate considering you said this:

You know nothing of history, you know nothing and I am not going to waste my time having an off-topic historical debate with a person whom is not only crazy but also whom I am begining to suspect that they are racist also.

Israel is not a UN created state. So people trying to prevent Israel from stealing land is the single greatest crime in your mind. the words bat, shit, and insane come to mind.

Each accusation must be proven independently, and the commission of each has no bearing on the other, even if they were in fact related.

    You miss the point.
We are not discussing legislation, as it has no direct bearing on the operations of this Site. What we are discussing are this Sites Rules and Regulations.

There is a principle:"There is no collective guilt, guilt is individual and must be demonstrated."

My opinion is a manipulation of people with less trial. They draw the following conclusion:
If you are a Jew then you "stole palestein land and moved them to the gaza strip. "
If you are a Jew then you "are responsible for europe's inflation and inspiried hitlers rise to power."
If you are a Jew then you "now have high ranking positions in the american government and its agencies."
If you are a Jew then you "play the victim role of WW2 if u accuse them of warcrimes or illegal international BS."

In my opinion, such a generalization are very dangerous and have generated many conflicts through history.

    ^true

the truth is, many jews are against what is happening in Israel. My grandfather once said that he is ashamed of the jews in israel for what they are doing to the palestinians and also said that his people didnt suffer unjustly in the holocaust just so that they can go from that sorrowful experience and make other people suffer like they did.

What is coming from IamJoseph's mouth is a loud of shit...and please don't think that all Jews think like this.

    1. This is true and stating a fact should not be considered "hate speech"

    2. No idea if this is true or not but it sounds like an exaggeration. I would label it as "conspiracy theory" not hate speech

    3. This is true. Stating a fact should not be considered hate speech

    4. This is true of some Jews, not all. But as a community, Jews do consider themselves victimised in WW2.
I'm not sure why it is "hate mongering" to state what is true. I would not consider any of the above to be hate speech.

What about jews who are against Israel, because in their religion says they should not have their own state.
Also about them, you say they stole the land from the Palestinians?

I think those are called the 'self hating' Jews.

Obviously there are many Jews with diverse opinions, however that does not change the statement that those who stole Palestinian land and dispossessed them were all Jews. The reason they did it was to create a "Jewish" state for all Jews. The state represents all Jews even if they don't represent it.

    Is valid for all states?

No, but no other state has religious entitlement as an immigration/citizenship category.

Even Jews who do not "believe" in a Jewish state can get citizenship in Israel simply because they are Jews.
