If you were going to try and survive on just one food what would it be and why?

    Bananas?
    Potatoes?
    Eggs?

How long do you think you could last? What second source would you add to fill in the nutritional gap?

Soybeans are considered by many agencies to be a source of complete protein. A complete protein is one that contains significant amounts of all the essential amino acids that must be provided to the human body because of the body's inability to synthesize them. For this reason, soy is a good source of protein, amongst many others, for vegetarians and vegans or for people who want to reduce the amount of meat they eat.

The gold standard for measuring protein quality, since 1990, is the Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) and by this criterion soy protein is the nutritional equivalent of meat, eggs, and casein for human growth and health. Soybean protein isolate has a biological value of 74, whole soybeans 96, soybean milk 91, and eggs 97.

Soy protein is essentially identical to that of other legume seeds. Moreover, soybeans can produce at least twice as much protein per acre than any other major vegetable or grain crop besides hemp, five to 10 times more protein per acre than land set aside for grazing animals to make milk, and up to 15 times more protein per acre than land set aside for meat production.

Your a sweet heart . I want some chocolate to go with that milk . Some powder donuts too .

Meat , potatoes and broccoli with bell peppers . Stuffed bell peppers are good too.
A Chicken Caesar salad with strawberries or mandarin oranges would be good too . A potato with the skin on the side.

Beef Taco salad with Avocado. Yum Yum Lots of Tomatoes . Some type of edible flower that you don't normally see in your salad would be fun to eat with it

Milk is a little bland for my taste. Does that also include all the products that are made from milk like cheese?

no, my sister had to drink soy milk and prune juice because she was born alergic to lactose (not lactose intolerant, actually allergic) so she was the only one of us who couldnt be breast feed

Major downside is that soy makes you grow boobs and turn gay, though.

I'm thinking I'd go with eggs.

lactose intolerance to breast milk is EXTREMELY rare. It gives a baby diarrhea, so why would they have her drink prune juice??
