Well, I don't know what's cracking off here! Or rather, I think I might......

For reasons none of you need to to know about, I regard AlphaNumeric as a friend.

But I do not understand his vendetta against Reiku: Is it is true that he is a fake, a fraud and a liar? Does he know even the elementary facts of grade-school arithmetic? No; this was established early on, so what? Case closed; all of his posts purporting to address issues of physics/mathematics can be seen in this light.

Why pursue it? For myself, I would never have the energy. I am slightly troubled that Alpha thinks that it worth his - his choice, of course

Slightly more troubling is Ben's assertion that the likes of Reiku are "dangerous". Implicit in this statement is the belief that SciFo is a place where someone might go to learn about physics and or math.

The fact is, as this thread amply demonstrates, SciFo is a chat-room; that's it, no more, no less. If any poor school kid, say, is misguided enough to think otherwise, then the have only their laziness to blame
