Was it you ? Is that you ? . That is funny . Your a funny person . You should be proud of that . The Cat that was yellow but then you find out the cat is black . Perception plays a big roll .
This one carpenter I worked with for 6 months I thought I knew him . I had an image of him . We wore hard hats . I saw him in my minds eye as having blond hair . It was the Christmas festivities before we got or holiday brake . We took off our hard hats . He had black hair and my amazement over took my rational thinking . Like the curiosity of a child . I could not believe it , but I had to except it. He had black hair not blond . I guess I could have lived in denial

o.k. if its not a form of matter, but has a cause and effect, than isn't it considered a form of energy or force?

is the breaking down of matter energy?

Does it? What would that be?

    No.

Depends how it breaks down, and what into. Rust is a "breaking down of matter", but it's not energy.

A silly explanation and an extreme oversimplification.

An interesting way to approach time, is to consider the current state of universe, as is, and then stop time. Everything freezes in place. The speed of light could not exist if we freeze time, since without time there is no velocity (d/t) therefore there can be no energy going at C. We can still have matter and distance. All that we lose is connected to time.

Of course he never actually caught a bullet in his teeth - it was simply a trick.

By the most brilliant and incisive mind in physics since Einstein was active?

no this was a real dude . There was shit loads of photography ( film footage) Slowed down . He dead on about , I don't know ? His 6th public performance . Big white guy . It was in early days before Gracey brothers and there grappling moves . A big blond haired white guy . I am going to google and see if he is on the internet
    Back from Google
Nope!! There was a magician that looked so real doing his act they would not air his act on T.V.
Probably because of that tragic accident with that guy that shot him self . Now they have made it into an urban myth . He was a real guy . It was published in the Sacramento Bee if any Sacramentoan wants to search the archives them selves . He killed him self doing the trick . The trick was a real bullet and he timed it all . The gun was shot from gun rest and the slow motion film showed the bullet leaving the barrel and him catching it . Any body remember that ? Klown were are you ? Fuck where are the Klowns ? Send in the Klowns

What it probably says is that you don't understand what Wheeler meant, and so you're covering up.

I understand fine no need to jump to unwarranted conclusions.

Wheeler did not originate at least the first part of that quote,

    From http://physics.info/time/
Henri Bergson (1859–1941) :Le temps est ce qui empêche que tout soit donné tout d'un coup. [Time keeps everything from happening all at once.]

He just turned it into a stand up routine, by adding the last.

Considering the definition of time as :

" Number of oscillations of cesium (Cs) atom between two events . "

    Or,

" Number of revolutions of our earth between two events . " ,

a conclusion can be made that : " time is uniform " .

Depends on the prevailing conditions and the observer.

    What prevailing conditions ?

Why time should depend upon the observer ?

    Acceleration or not.

Er, you have heard of relativity, haven't you?

    Acceleration or Observer :

" Can they change the oscillation of cesium(Cs) atom or revolution of our earth ? " .

    Yes:
    Depending on the observer.
