this whole concept and inquiry can be found within the universe of mankinds descriptions (the knowledge recorded and conveyed thru time (words))

The idea that philosophy, sciences and religions are trying to answer that is the truth of what knowledge is for.

It seems that no matter how this principle is defined it must marry up with practical experience.

I prefer using the concept of 'life' to show the rules that seem apparent in mother nature. (starting with instinct)

Then to observe life and what life is and does within the universe (earth), it seems the base principle is 'to continue'.

almost like a purpose, an intent, a law of nature...... (any other words can be used, between them the idea is to define what instinct is 'doing' underlying principle"?)

would that mean, the 'purpose' of life must be a principle that could be definable within the rules of mass and energy?

You're conflating "life" with "universe". They're NOT the same.
Life is not required for the universe to exist, but the universe is (very probably) required for life to exist.

this am i had awaken with the exact words 'underlying principle' on my mind before i even knew what day it was.


then to come here a few later and see them used by one of the fools who don't read, was practically funny.


i opened this thread speaking on the lines of the human experience

and of course the post above is ranting about the universe because i used the item for this thread

when common sense, shares not only is the whole thread on the human aspect and life itself, but to comprehend the ideology behind it opens up a window, of the philosophical aspect combining with the natural and scientific perspective. (instinct/purpose/intent; to continue)



i asked questions and interesting in seeing if any philosophical minds see the bridge?
