What is the cheapest and fastest weight loss diet?

    Have one meal per day

    eggs and some rice , then wash it down with some cafe. you will loose aat least 10 Lb. in one month

    That just means it's a classic. It hardly matters if the OP is still watching. It's an interesting question and the answer(s) remain timely. People still eat, and many people are still overweight.

    I don't know about any fad diets but I can tell you how I lost 50lbs in 3 months. I drank, unboiled tap water from a Pakistani faucet. I don't mean a faucet that is owned by a Pakistani. I mean a faucet in a house in Pakistan.

    You just don't realize how much weight you lose to diarrhea and vomiting unless you suffer 3 months straight with it. I'm sure you wouldn't have to go all the way to Pakistan to get this miracle water. There are ways to get the same kind of water from anywhere.

    disclaimer: This was an attempt at humor.Though I did really have this happen to me, I really do not advise losing weight by diarrhea and vomiting. The possibilities of how one would achieve this are disturbing and I certainly do not wish to promote bulimia.

    Yes. I lost a lot of weight very rapidly when I got dysentery in Africa once, but I cannot recommend that either.

    It's a sure fire winner.

    You would be very close to death.

    You could infect yourself with tapeworm. Most people have no side effects other than weight loss (a few pounds per week) however it has the potential to become harmful if left untreated for too long. Once you reach your target weight just injest some anitbiotics and their gone. You would be wise to change your eating and exercise habits in the interim.

    Fasting is quick weight loss coupled with detox and cleansing benefits.

    My first fast and I recommend is the 3 day apple fast. The same way apples are known to draw toxins from the air they allegedly draw toxins from the body. This diet is endorsed by dieticians but was originated by a "clairavoyant" named Edgar Cayce.

    I cannot tell you the benefits of fasting in a few paragraphs, but it is safe and very healthy unless taken to extremes.

    After a few days of a water only fast your body may be fooled into thinking you are starving and start producing chemicals in your brain that will make you smarter and more alert. Your brains emergency mode. Some feel closer to their god possibly as a result of these chemicals, but all religions promote fasting in some forms.

    I am an Engineer but have been actively involved in controlled paranormal research and have undertaken fasts for the "spiritual aspect" more than for weight loss. After 21 days you will feel as if you have knowledge beyond what you should. psychic senses are heightened (if you believe in that stuff). Disregard if you are a skeptic, however the brain chemicals is true for skeptics or religious members.

    There are also juice diets which I have never been fond of but they are known to promote weight loss.

    If you do fast lengthier periods are healthier. At the beginning of a fast your body will consume fat and muscle, but as the fast continues your body will favour burning fat. Starting and stopping fasts could harm your muscles. Exercising after a fast is always important.

    You may also put back on a lot of weight after the fats. Some to the point where they were before. You must adopt the mentality that you are a non-eater and create new healthier attitudes towards food for long term loss. Maybe it is time to start drinking that coffee black.

    You may guffaw at the ideas of fasting, however the first medical diagnosis you dislike you may run straight into a long fast. Fasting can promote miraculous healing in many parts of the body and has even stopped hair from graying.

    Rats fed a low food diet often lived 40% longer than their counterparts.

    Another important thing is Apple Cider Vinegar. A vinegar study (not applecider) concluded that the Vinegar group lost more weight than the control or placebo groups. This is a old wives tale as well. Ancient weight loss secret.

    Another healthy aspect of living is to remain Alkaliine. You can buy ph strips from your pharmacy and then measure your acid levels in mouth swabs or urine. You can control acidity in your body with baking soda. Use in moderation as baking soda can remove needed nutrients from the body and kill you in very excessive quantities.

    Although much of what you said is correct, your claim that too much protein is bad does not make much sense, and you never explain your reasoning for it. From what I recall of biochem, if you aren't eating enough carbs to keep your blood sugar up, your body will start making glucose from proteins and keep doing it until either you have enough glucose again or you run out of the reactants needed for converting amino acids to glucose. Once that happens, your body is left with no energy source but fat. This means that if you eat lots of protein and little or no carbs, the protein will eventually stop being an energy source. Once that happens, you would rather have your body burning your own stored fat instead of fats that you just ate. Also, the protein that's turned into glucose will be a mixture of the protein that you eat and the protein in your muscles. You would probably rather it be protein that you eat.
