You people simply don't get it, to be moderator:
1. Previous moderator must die off.
2. The powers that be will select a new moderator based on
- How active candidates our.
- How they behave.
- How they treat others.
- How often they gave blow jobs to the power that be.
3. The candidate is PMed and ask to deny or accept the job.
4. Still initiation rituals are required, first the new moderator must run the guntlet (run between the senior moderators as they beat him like a pinota)
6. Recite the secret oath while having his or her genitals electrocuted.
7. Receive the traditional lobotomy.
8. And now your a moderator, you now have access to the secret forum, the secret Burlesque house, and the secret bathroom.

Don't believe me? ask any of the other ex-moderators your self!
