It has come to my attention that these two industries are actually based on very similar principles

They both start off very cheaply - Growing drugs is cheap, as is running a server

They both increase in value - Drug importers make their substantial cuts as do small web hosts who rent servers

At the time they reach street level they are through the roof - Drugs cost enough to make users commit thefts and web hosting prices are hiddious in small quantities.

Very few web hosts actually own servers, even some of the big ones. Data centers such as The Planet in Dallas are the root of most web hosts and i think it's time the price on the street took a fall.

I would bet that a server like the one sciforums is on has at least 2 people further up the chain of ownership that Porfiry is.

    Any thouhts
