Vitamin supplements and a runny nose

    Vitamin supplements and a runny nose


    When I take my multivitamin supplements, I get a runny nose a few hours later.

    Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

    Why does this happen?

    It could be an allergic reaction to one of the fillers that some supplement tablets have included with the vitamins.
