Depends upon what the liter is made up of, like water, lead, air etc.. Each type of molecular structure has different types of atoms that make it up for example water is made of H2O. Why would you need to know how many atoms make up a liter?:shrug:
One mole of say Nitrogen will occupy 22.4 liters If I remember correctly one mole is 6.05 x 10 ^23 molecules , so you figure out per liter , now one molecule of Nitrogen have 2 molecule .
