    You asked the following question and I gave you an answer to that question. As regards to the rest of your post, I chose to ignore it as far as my response goes.

    Define true intelligent machines?

    How does what you said "How can anything, or also anyone, make decisions, not based on data?" have anything to do with what I said? You are not making any sense.
