As for currency preference, suppose she has a contract with Victoria Secret
10 million $/year for 3 years, and then within 3 years the $ falls from 1.4$/€ into
1.6 $/€ (which won't affect 'us' much), and the contract is stated in $ instead of
Euro, that will make her loose 2.68 mio $.

Thanks for doing the math. I think its pointless to wonder why she is paid so much, unless you stop buying the products she endorses. At least she is smart enough to consolidate her wins

In addition to that, what she sells is image. A shoe/parfume/cloth which is
marketed using her image could have priced 10-100 times of shoes with similar
appearance or even quality. Fold that with number of product produced by the
company. Also, when the consumers happy with the product, they will likely
continue to buy product of the same brand.

 

I find it really amusing that they photoshop her breasts to look smaller.

 

Maybe they all want to look like Barbie, like small is beautiful(?)

barbies actually have a perfect hips/breasts ratio... it's the goal aimed by every model... huge breasts don't really help a person's looks if they aren't uniform with the rest of the body

 

i like barbie, skipper and her little friends. the holiday international ones are stunning as gifts. but i do think her body is just a bit unrealistic and weird.
