What kind of "interference" is he talking about? Moderation? Only trolls, spammers and other evildoers get moderated more than occasionally. If you find yourself being moderated often, then the smartest thing to do is to look at the reason, because you're obviously breaking one or more of the forum rules, and clean up your act!
