years back while driving through a residential neighborhood I spotted an old man who was bowing with his arms stretched out to a large tree in front of his house. it looked crazy, and i didn't understand why. I thought possibly senility

    I understand now..

    Druids don't pray like that.

the lower back strength required to do such a move is considerable
more than the average person and quite well outside 95% of people over the age of 60

old world Japanese bow to the emperor was similar, though this is not a religous type of bow.

in its self holds no power to acts of material association by their right to 'be'.

    perception as i funny thing.
i am hoping Bowser will elaborate.

Modern law forbids sacrifice and sacred stones, but they can still worship the oak.

Almost nobody over sixty can stretch out their arms and bow?
Then all those people in the tai chi class must be dyeing their hair white just to get a senior's discount.

    PS it was a joke

ironically you would think American health insurance company's would be paying for free Tai-Chi classes in all US public parks to save themselves billions.
however, i think the American health insurance brand identifys with a christian Ego that is extremely xenophobic & views things like Tai-Chi as communist brain washing.
and.. as long as those customers die quietly and dont cost too much, it probably makes more profit in the short term until all those morally curated folk die out.
