Of course, you can do what you wish- the main reason of this was a defense of her. She has no right to leave the forum because of phlog in the first place (which I am almost sure she has). I would personally never degrade/call someones writing hogwash and rot anyway, although if that is what you guys do here, I am not one of the ones who does that.

I percieved him as weak in character and thus why he held too tightly to "how he spells", as some sort of sturdy rock in his chaotic sense of self esteem because of what must be a lack of percieved sense of personal value in his other wise pathetic and anal life.

If you are going to chastise people for correcting the English of others, it might be best to have some skills in that area yourself.

You are wrong. (And it's English, not english.)

You are, incorrectly, treating stream of consciousness as a compound noun. If it were, then your amendment would be valid. We would correctly say An incoherent, stream of consciouness.

However, in this sentence stream of consciousness is an adjectival phrase. The noun is rot. I forget the kind of noun this is, but it is of that general class of nouns like goodness that do not take articles, definite or indefinite. That is why Phlog's sentence structure is correct and your amendment is wrong.

I do not have many skills, but the correct use of English is one of them. Now bow out gracefully. I believe you can manage that.

In all reality I don't really care how phlog spells either.
It is a case of this guy being a disgusting complainer who goes out of his way to put down other members.
I looked at him as a senior member so I guess I held him to a higher standard and thus why it ticked me off as much as it did.

I like to be offered assistance and help. You have lately displayed a "kinder" way to tell me. At first though I thought you were being a meanie face in the first thread you replied to of mine.

 

You most not be talking about me, I come to this website to discuss with others. It's not like I'm trying to create and ego here! I wouldn't gain much personal insight if I was trying to top dog. Reality is I am here to gain from others not myself.
