The other day i saw a dokumentary wich blew my mind awaye....

The one example wich made the most inpact on me was this:

A man takes a jar of jellybeans,
now he askes 200 ppl how many jellybeans are in the jar.
Most answers are FAR from the actual (4510).... a few are pretty close...
NOW! he added together all the answers from the 200 ppl and took the avrage number of them all combined wich became
4500.... so the "mass intelligens." of 200 persons were only 10 jellybeans from the correct number...were as the individual was far from right´!
    AINT THAT AMAZING!
Anyone care to elaborate on how this is possible?
