Who is it, in your opinion. There's a big lack of important women in history as opposed to men. I seriously can't find one(besides Diotima of Mantinea, who there's not much information about at all) woman outside of the past 200 years who I actually would aspire to be like( which is ridiculous, since I can name 20 men without thinking about it).

wow, I haven't read about her in a long time.

If I have to pick one to be the greatest, I'm gonna go with Boudicca (but only cuz Queen Elizabeth I has already been named.)

That's the latinized form of her name. Considering her life she would probably have hacked anyone who used it into little bloody bits.

Boudica was her real name, or at least as close as we can get.

LOL, now go the weight route. No, the woman who has had the most babies. THAT is the greatest woman.

That would be the wife of Feodor Vassilyev (name is not known) with 69 children

    Boudicca.

"She was huge of frame, terrifying of aspect, and with a harsh voice. A great mass of bright red hair fell to her knees: she wore a twisted torc, and a tunic of many colours, over which was a thick mantle, fastened by a brooch. Now she grasped a spear, to strike fear into all who watched her." Dio Cassius

She almost kicked the fascist Romans out of Britain
with their stupid straight roads and hot water.

I am taking the liberty to create a Special Day today. I would like to honor Mrs. Feodor Vassilyev. What's so special about Mrs. Vassilyev?

She has been recorded in the Guiness Book of World Records as the mother who has born the highest number of children. She had 69. Only 67 survived infancy, however. And here's a factoid to make you trip over your shoelaces: she never had a singleton birth. They were all twins, triplets, and quadruplets. Of course, that means that she was only pregnant 27 times.

    Consider these facts:

    * No one seems to know her first name; she's only known as the wife of Mr. Feodor Vassilyev.
    * She was Mr. Vassilyev's first wife!
    * She was a peasant woman in the 1700's in Russia.
    * She had the children between 1725 and 1765.
    * She had 16 pairs of twins.
    * She bore 7 sets of triplets.
    * She carried 4 sets of quadruplets.

She had no mind of tactics. She lost a battle, she had the romans outnumbered by a rediculous amount. A great leader yes, but she caused the slaughter of her entire tribe and many others. Sheer folly.

Yes I don't think brains were her strong point.
In Rugby Football terms she was a number 8.

For anyone who does not know Rugby, here is Chabal, the French Number 8. "The Caveman"
Tackling the NZ number 8 and nearly knocking his head off.

She was mentally ill and touched in the head, probably not from inbreeding like most europeans in history(lol), most probably schizophrenic with her 'visions' and 'hearing voices'. The stupid bitch got burned at the stake in the end by her mysogynistic "european" traitors.

I like the legend of mulan. That was brave of her. Very, very, very cool person.
