Creatng a fictional enemy to keep us scared? makes all the uSA sound like "The Village" - another nice atmospheric thriler.

There is NO way the infection could have been passed between humans across the Atlantic.

The only extremely slight possibility of America being infected is that the virus mutated and infected the avathon population, some of which flew over Europe, infected local birds, who in turn spread the infection up to, and over, the Bering Straights, and continued the contagion down the Rockies.

MEH. They've already mangled the plot. *sighs*

Game to movie, or even book to movie, conversions always suck.

If any of you want to see a classic, corny zombie flick then hire out
the 1980's film " Brain Dead" which was written and directed by Peter Jackson in newzealand (he did lord of the rings trilogy).

It is gross, disgusting and incredible funny !

    Hey People,
I'm not usually a poster, but I need help. I'm remembering a scary movie I saw in high school, and can't figure out what it was. I thought it was Serpent and the Rainbow, rewatched it, not it. Is it possible there was a sequel to this film? WHat I remember is a guy sitting in a chair, purposely sticking something long and sharp, a knife or a nail, into his hand. Stuff like that, it was very dream-like and pretty, while at the same time scary. Any ideas? I appreciate whatever you can tell me. :bugeye:

I agree with Avatar, Pet Semetary freaked me out the most. 28 Days later was funny to me. I was laughing my ass off in the theater

That would scare just about anybody, if it's anything like the game. If they come out with one I hope that it is more based on the 4th one cuz it was the scariest game I have ever played. It was also pretty fun though.

If you're talking about zombie movies, it may be one of the Night of the Living Dead movies, like 2 or 3.
If not zombies, no idea. Can you give any more details, plot, genre, etc?
