Consuming the alpha-male parts of top predators has a tradition going way back. Ever eat shark fin soup? Tastes like boiled shit but there's a real shark fin it it! China is 90% agricultural and 10% industrious. This means it's 900 million rural farmers and 100 million in their grand cities. I am content keeping them all backwards and asleep.
