They're hard. Usually it's just a lucky guess when I get one.
The clue on the third one kind of sucks. Ignore the "paths" clue. The answer really is a bit arbitrary, having little to do with the picture. Start guessing different numbers, starting with "one."

Number 11 anyone??

 

The clue is paths? on #3 and the picture clue is number. Number of paths. Work with that.

 

Outlandish - man, if you think #2 is hard, you'll go nuts on the rest of them (especially #5, 15 and 28). Don't kill yourself.
