I have three as well. I like the one tatt pic you posted Oli. I'll PM you a link to my most recent piece of art.
None. The pictures I've seen of tattoos are offensive to the artistic as well as the intellectual palette.
I have zero. At times I think about getting a tattoo but then I ask myself "what's the point?" No response.
He doesn't need your sympathies. He needs your understanding. He has 11 tattoos, he's probably going to jump off a bridge.
Jump off a bridge? All of my tattoos actually mean something. No cartoon characters or anything like that. Most of my tattoo's have to do with my time in the military and reflect certain events that happened.
... For example, the one on my right forearm is the first half of the first amendment of the UN Declaration of Human Rights in Arabic. That has to do with a specific event in Iraq where I had to defend an innocent civilian against bigotry from a member of our own forces who had been harrassing this individual simply because he was Iraqi and didn't speak english. When you're staring down the barrell of an M-16 with a round in the chamber, off safety, being held by someone who is supposed to protect you in combat, it tends to have an effect on you.
I'm sure they do, I'm not saying that they don't. I'm just saying that's a bit unheard of by me anyway that you have 11 tattoos. 11.
11 isn't really all that much. One on each calve, 3 on my back, 3 on each arm. It's not like I'm totally covered. Hell, if I can find my USB cable, I will take a picture of them tonight for yall.
I know of a lot of peopel who have a lot more. They are recording their life's history on their body. I have one. My son's name on my ankle. My husband has a tat for our daughter.
