    Study at Drexler University subjected participants to Taser shocks and then tested them for cognitive impairment. Tests showed short-term declines in brain functioning -- dysfunction on par with dementia.
    These results may call into question the legitimacy of police questioning in the immediate aftermath of an arrest involving the use of a Taser.
