The US did fund this nation. The US did already make a mistake Russia made. And now US is in it, the hole called Afghanistan. The heroin sales have increased, the Taliban has become stronger, and US is fighting a war and not seeing an end to it.

We aren't making the same mistakes as the Russians. In fact, our experience during that war made us better able to wage counterinsurgency. Russia could have won in Afghanistan, or at least continued as a stalemate if not for US intervention.

Russia could not have won that war. Nor will USA ever win this war if it continues to use the same tactics it is using now.

1) The nation of Afghanistan need total totalitarian regime based on Islam

2) Heroin must be destroyed in exchange for money to the Taliban and all who worked on the fields. Heroin must be burned to the ground and also genetic engineering to destroy the plants must be utilized

3) More UAV like Predators need to be on constant patrol in Afghanistan with infrared cameras (the buggers like moving at night time)

...you can't win Afghanistan with bombs.

well i am a big fan of russian culture from way before it became communist. tbh, i dont think anyone in russia wanted to remain communist so now we have russia again. i also thought putin was a good leader.

Correction IRAQ was an unjustified and unacceptable conflict.
Afghanistan and the Taliban were the ones harboring Bin Laden and the culprits of 9/11. Given that we are already in there, I highly doubt that we are leaving there with the Taliban in place.
And didn't Saddam say he would win the first gulf war? Where is he now?

And AFAIC, after seeing them destroy those Buddhist statues, I want to see every Taliban member on this planet dead...and anyone who advocates them destroying those statues.

While I'm not even Buddhist, it's the whole principle of the thing. It just shows their intolerance of anything other than an Islamic state. There is no way the West lets the Taliban survive.
