Swedish film on Islam :)

Lars Vilks, the Swedish cartoonist who drew the Mohammed-as-a-dog cartoons last year, is planning to produce a musical about the drawings and the reaction to them. Mohammed will appear as a character in the play, as will Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Here is a trailer on youtube (considerately subtitled in Arabic *cough*)

Apparently the musical will be released in Denmark.

I wouldn't sit through that movie if someone paid me. The trailer was painful enough.

The idea after all, is that we're wrong to be offended at symbolic desecration of the religion. Only non Muslims are allowed to be offended by symbols.
