Since when is it the order of the state to uphold sexual conduct? I read nothing in the Constitution that seems to indicate that the Founding Fathers really cared who was boffing whom. As it being unnatural - sorry, but critters have same-sex relationships. More than one rancher has been disappointed when his prize winning bull seems to find the other bulls more attractive than the cows. It all boils down to the Right to Privacy. Upholding sodomy laws means the government can come into someone's bedroom. A beginning precedent will be set for the repeal of Roe v. Wade which is based on the right to privacy. Let's face it ladies, if they don't have a problem telling a guy what to do with his penis, they certainly won't have any problem telling you what to do with your uterus. Peace.
