hate the game not the player
(no free will left in society?)

"inspiration"(the cycle of regurgitated christian bible ideology re-branded as secular logic as a pay per view product)
... the best person you can be right now is (yourself)someone else
because you can only be (yourself)someone else when you want to and its all about (positive visualisation & belief)wanting to

    speak your truth
(truth is subjective, ignoring others biggotry regardles of what flavour of biggotry it is, is the better point as it endorses self belief instead of psycho-social seperation.)

I always found this saying to be absolutely no help what so ever

"Road to hell is paved with good intentions"

Should we live without good intentions?

The repeating thing and expecting different results is a sign of insanity.

Of course that's nonsense. Also Einstein didn't say it.

    No

But if you have a excess of good intentions you should go into road construction business

I was hoping flying cars would come into wide use and road building would become obsolete

"Do what you love and the money will follow."
Guess what. It doesn't. Unless what you love is making money.

    "No rest for the wicked."
It's really "No rest for the weary", which makes sense. The wicked force the weary to do all the work.

    Grain of truth there

I was doing what I loved

When she left my money followed her

When someone says that to me, I say "So the road to heaven is paved with bad intentions".

I thought the road to heaven was narrow and fraught with hazard. You don't expect a pavement. But then you approach the City of God, and the streets are paved with gold. Some pretty weird highway construction going on there. Government contract? Kickbacks? Misappropriation?

So how come heaven gets a road and hell gets the river Styx

And you have to pay the ferryman

It's only a penny on each eye, which is way-and-gone cheaper than all those tithes to the church, and where you get when you cross the Styx isn't hell but the underworld.
I hear they party there and invite musicians to entertain. At least one came back! Never heard of anyone returning from heaven.

I'm not so fond of "Plenty of fish in the sea," either. When you've just lost a lover, you won't be consoled by fish. A mermaid, perhaps...

Yes I forgot about the pennies on the eyes

Did they update for decimal currency?

Or have they skipped to a barcode or QR code card?
