    Depending on how they define "racist", I wouldn't be surprised that the average racist has a lower IQ and this is why. Racist whites tend to be those who are forced by poor economic circumstances to live with divershitty while richer (and therefore most likely smarter) whites have the money to move to a nice all white community where they don't have to think or deal with blacks everyday.

    Idaho is one of the least racist states because most of the whites that live there have never lived with large number of blacks. This of course doesn't apply to "racist" cops like Mark Fuhrman who and other white refugees that moved there to get away from blacks.
