    So, Sam, have you any comments as to the results of the poll, the fact that most everyone here thinks you're intellectually dishonest?

    Is that the Muslim way? Or, is it just you personally?

    Are you going to do the right thing and resign as moderator?

    Or, are you going to continue as usual?

    I wouldn't go so far as to say "no one". There are always a few rabid anti-authoritarians who will latch onto any bandwagon. They'll at least pretend to take these folks seriously.

    I would consider giving you certain advice, but I'm actually of the opinion you already understand these points and have your own reasons—which, if I understand them correctly, I can agree with—for taking a different route.

    So that leaves me with nothing to say but, "Chin up", and, well, even that you seem to have a handle on.

    Small sample sizes could give false positive results due to lower power.

    My feelings as well.

    Ditto.

    I don't know what forums she moderates, so I can't really give an opinion on her moderating skills, but as far as her political postings, those types don't like her cause very few can intellectually stand up to her. While people may disagree with her positions, at least she is able to back up what she says and feels. I've no problem with her and find her to be one of the few people who's posts I look forward to and learn something from, second only to Fraggle Rocker.

    Anyways, go ahead and get rid of her if the majority want to, this place is going to hell anyways with all the good posters leaving due to this crap. I wasn't able to vote in whatever thread the votes were in, but I'd say keep her and get rid of the ones whining about her.

    Perhaps you missed the point, (Q). I disagree with your intellectually dishonest grudge.

    Life is performance art, dude. Maybe S.A.M.'s context is too complex for your perception or palate, but you're not being honest by restricting her to your context.

    I don't know how she moderates, I don't really care. But I disagree with the charge of intellectual dishonesty: in order to have that quality, one must possess intellect; she doesn't have any. She snipped facts here and there and keeps repeating them without hope to make sense to herself or anyone else. A parrot can do that also.

    Someone said she's the nicest, whatever. Sciforums is not for being nice to everyone, sciforums is for contributing intellectually interesting material.
