Secondary Automotives

    Those hundreds of thousands of cars wasted by hurricanes should not be recycled. That process wastes too many resources. Instead, they should be disassembled and reassembled into secondary automobiles, using the steel, aluminum, glass, plastic, and rubber parts already in them. Mostly it would be a matter of cleaning, painting, and re-engineering them into useful transportation. That would at least slow down imports, and create a new industry in the United States. Sure, I want royalties for the idea (3 percent of profits would be nice).
