"Hajishimashite, it is a pleasure to meet you," Shogun then said and bowed slightly out of courtesy.

    Jawhal herr oberstlieutenant.

    In game:

"Sir, were picking up some sort of strange radio frequency by the floating wire. It's starting to spike"-radiomen

The computer screens started scrambling one by one, alarms going off.

    "What is it!"-mishipmen

"We shouldnt be getting any radio transmission down here were too damn deep!"-Dimitri

"sir, something going on with the warheads, the computers are starting to lose coherancy on them"-Weapons officer Vasili

There was sparking heard and alarms blaring

"Cut the damn wire"-I shouted over the alarms

    "Aye sir"

There was a bang and than it all stopped, "cut the damn alarms off" I said to another bridge officer

    they went off

"What the f*ck was that?!?"-commander Borei said

"No idea, lets lay low here, shut down everything and stay dead quiet." With that the submarine died. The lights went off, everyone went to their bunks and went to bed. A few officers and men kept us in stasis. We disappeared off the face of the earth, no one could detect us like this.

Little did they know North Korean artillery had begun bombarding the south and several tank divisions broke through.

China had launched the largest nuke in history and detonated it in the atmosphere over the north pole, the EMP was attenuated to only a specific frequency used in ballistic missile guidance computers. Little did 6 billion people know that out of the almost 10,000 nukes in the world, there were only 26 that weren't dead...

Alarms went off all over the world, no military base ever expected such a thing possible. Every nuke in the world was dead, worthless, obliterated. There were only 26 still usable and they were at the bottom of the ocean in a dead submarine.

    Meanwhile in Germany:

"Manfred, Otto, cometo the TV!" Manfred and Otto rushed to the Telivision. On the screen was footage of the slaughter. "My gosh." Otto said.

a radio men ran up to shogun

"Sir we just recieved news from HQ, every airplane in Japan needs to get airborne and that means your squadron right now! We just got hit by something....everyones gotten hit by something, none of our strategic weapons work anymore, nobody's do, we have no fracking idea why."

"Get in the air ASAP" he said running off in the direction of another squadron's hangar.

OOC: strategic weapons can be nukes but it also includes weapons like the V-2, bio-chemical missiles, so what Im saying is Japan kept several ballistic missiles armed with conventional non nuclear ordnance for long range strikes.

Shogun then said, "Time to test our squadron then,"

They then ran to their hanger, every instructor in Kyoto Air Force Academy scrambled to their fighters.

The mechanics brought the F/A-22s out on the runway.

Out of Game: Nukes are a taboo in Japan, even in media, so we don't have nukes.
