Lets not deny the obvious truth. Let not our mind into clouds of misjudgement. Those who we once cared for are now gone. It's quite obvious SciVillage and SCIIsland are both dead. Good men of good faith they were. Pay a tribute and may their spirits be in eternal bliss.

Well, they got kinda boring without any rules. And died. Don't cry, it's the cycle of life here on Sciforums, and indeed all forums.

rules/guidelines should be unnessary, Its was not the lack of rules that brought the village down, no the lack of rules was a good thing.

IMO the village died because the flow and spirite was lost, sending the village spiraling into the abyse of the dreaded archives where only the thoughest thread necromances dares to travel.

Although along its uncontrol decend, several valient attempts was made to rescue the village, but they where all in vain, the villages fate was sealed and in the end it was abandoned to its demise in the archives.

It was interesting. I never participated, but I did enjoy reading parts. Some of you ought to remember the "SciFleet". That was ridiculous. It eventually degenerated to a child's "infinity x2" arguement. :m:

I liked reading SciVillage, but I missed it's heyday.

It will be many a moon before our RPing batteries have recharged enough to sustain another thread of it's ilk.

That one didn't last long. Scivillage was the greatest.
