Not really, spuriousmonkey. Sorry to break it to you, but you’re still talking about personalities. You’re discussions about your favorite female personalities complements it, not ruins it. (By the way, nobody mentioned nightfall or agent@5.) Thanks anyway for reposting the question. People can still post their personalities here if they want. My personality Ooooh yay, I get to spill out my thoughts! =) I could describe my personality as introverted (although I do have many outgoing moments..maybe I'm what they'd call the "extroverted introvert"), happy in solitude, sensitive, extremely expressive, artistic, and creative. My drive is the pursuit of knowledge and happiness. As for philosophies on life I don't know where to start, ha. I could start and by the end this would probably be a length sufficient for a book...if you really want that, I don't know. I doubt it. My dream is to keep up the gathering of knowledge as to keep sharpening my vision/perspective of the world. My favorite thing to do is to think and to read philosophy for the simple pleasure of being enlightened. As far as some of my religious beliefs go, as of now I am an atheist; if that will ever change I do not know. I practice self-mastery of everything; I know that there is not one single moment in life that will trouble me if I overcome the source of what is causing the trouble (the mind). I practice in perfecting my character - not ever expecting to achieve perfection but nevertheless seeing the good in not being satisfied with myself; the more aware you are, the more room there is for change. I practice keeping in focus for a constant state of awareness that is to my full potential, and the peace of mind you experience when properly meditating. Although I like many philosophies, one that I can find myself very in tune with is the philosophy of emptiness and fullness; the virtue of nonbeing, being so objective and out of your own state of mind that you are purely objective in reflecting and interpreting yourself and others. Other things I enjoy are computer website design (just for fun), video games, I run 5k races and I'm up to 5 miles a day...I am a psychology major but only in the first year of college now. I love to play the flute and piano and have ever since I was five years old. I love to sing (although not quite as good at that Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!) I'm proud of my accomplishments in music, my interest in the expansion of knowledge, my accomplishments in physical activity, and the happy state of mind I have so far achieved. I'm also proud of the fact that I realize that there is a lot more for me to learn and a lot of progress to be made. I don't regret anything. What I like about myself is everything that I stated about myself above; Also that I am trying to follow the path to a pure life and that I have succeeded in seeing past a lot of deception in the world. The things I dislike about myself is that I am a nervous person and sometimes uptight, but am becoming much better at controlling that since I am aware of it. Hi, cool skill... Since getting divorced and regaining my independence, I have (with help from my new love, Zack) gotten into peace activism, animal rights activism (which I was interested in before, but never really knew 'what to do', you know?), and attempting to raise the awareness of society by keeping an updated website ( http://www.catacombs-channel.net ), actively posting informative flyers, and participating in rallies for peace, etc. I do all I can in the time I have available...
