    Bystander effect. In Canada it is quite bad, as you are barely allowed to defend yourself let alone anyone else(you WILL get charged).

    here if your see somethign like that you can defend them if you fear your or someone else life is in danger as a last resort you can use deadly force.. this law is the one who changed the CCW law in walmart

    haha the dumbass employee that taped it is going to get sued for just watching...his own video where he is laughing at the attack is gonna cost him.
