    OK
I just made sos(creamed beef on toast)
(one of my favorite meals in the army---commonly called shit on a shingle)
    4 tbs butter
    4 tbs flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups whole milk(or cream, or half and half)
8 oz thinly sliced top round beef
a splash of Worcestershire sauce(to taste)
    toast

melt butter in saucepan, stir in salt pepper and flour, stir in Worcestershire sauce, stir in milk, add beef keep stirring
bring to a slow boil, turn down heat, and stir till it reaches desired thickness.
    ladle over toast
    bon appetit
    eat

    Alternative

Leave butter in fridge for later
    Don't buy flour
Salt and pepper stay on table
    Whole milk for breakfast cereals
Worcestershire sauce keep for better moments

    Try Ploughmans lunch

    Buy a bread roll
    Break open
    Thin spread butter
Place thinly sliced top round beef on butter
    Add slice of block cheese
Splash of Worcestershire sauce to taste
Aditional Granny Smith apple and pint (it's an old recipe) of beer or cider

    Enjoy

    Ploughmans lunch
