Exactly in the center of the toilet (the middle of the carpet), there is an marmor thing sized 8 by 1 feet (so that in the middle of the carpet een opening 8 by 1 feet is situated .The carpet should be cut into two pices only: one cut in total. ....................................... whole carpet ---> .................. ------> opening --- > .................. .......................................

A piece of block lego. At it's top there is the bottom of another piece. Unless, you mean that the bottom and top are part of the same thing.
