long story, but i had to exchange some of my american currency at the bank to get the cash for the new monitor....the bank is making me wait until today (i went monday) to make sure that the currency is real. ugh.....
my pc isnt unusable, its just very unpleasant to sit here reading between squiggly lines.

something that i have no idea about is wrong...degausing didnt work, neither did opening the shell and fiddling with anything else. oh well.


i have crazy back lines bouncing all over the screen....imagine static on a television, if it decided to march in a straight line. instead of rioting.

 

Actually the US does not produce monitors as far as I am aware of.

My friend busted th LCD on his laptop... it was shattered except for the upper left hand corner... it was a bitch trying to get the laptop to switch to S-Video mode so we could use it on his TV.

 

I think you had your few hours now.

 

A little insect once crawled under my LCD monitor once, I could see its' little shadow as it was crawling around under the screen!

Then it died, the fucking stupid thing.

But I managed to get the monitor open and blow the insect body out.

 

According to my calculations it is thursday now in Belgium.

 

eat a dick. my bank lied to me, and it wont be ready (my money) until friday. ugh...fucking european banking system.

 

I don't know what your problem is exactly but in a normal bank they exchange your currency immediately. Even in Europe.
